What are TAC Lenses?
TAC Lens Technology or (Tri Acetate Cellulose) polarized lenses feature a new technology which is formulated for superior visual and polarization clarity. They have a scratch coating and block 100% harmful UV rays up to 400 nanometers. These lenses are very lightweight and highly impact resistance.
What is ANSI Z87?
The ANSI Z87 rating was created to help develop a certification system for safety eyewear based on specific hazards encountered in the workplace such as : Impact, Heat, Chemicals or Liquid Splash, Dust and Radiation.
What is a TPX floating?
The TPX floating frame is made of the latest high-tech/quality materials. Compared to the TR90 frames, the TPX material is lighter and less dense. Which aloows the sunglass to easily float on the water.
What are REVO coated lenses?
It is a type lens that protects from harmful bandwidths of light, including blue light which reduces your risk of eye strain and health issues. They are optimized for full light spectrum , making colors look more vivid for an enhanced visual experience. These lenses are also polarized to help reduce the glare, eye strain and reflections. These light weight polycarbonate material lenses are based with a series of unique coatings which are applied on the front and back of the lenses to enhancing performance and protection.
What is TPXTM?
TPXTM is a 4-methylpentene-1-based olefin copolymer. TPXTM has a unique molecular structure. Although TPXTM is a crystalline olefin polymer, it shows transparency. Because of its excellent heat-resistance, release property and chemical resistance, TPXTM is used for industrial materials, including mandrels and sheaths in the manufacture of high-pressure rubber hose, mold cups to create LED light and other applications such as release film on FPC manufacturing process and release paper in the manufacture of synthetic leather. Furthermore, TPXTM possesses a lowest density among thermoplastic polymers and then provides the molded articles with lower weight. This leads to reduce the environmental load for transportation. It is also noted that TPXTM is a halogen-free polymer denoted as environmentally-friendly material. TPXTM is also used for food-related applications such as food wraps, food preservation packs, baking carton and microwave oven tableware.
TPX TM provides the high added value as functional polymerthat the other conventional polymers cannot supply.

Founder: Teva Batani is an avid fisherman and being of French / Tahitian decent, he has fused traditional Polynesian methods with current methods in the art of fishing. Teva is also an ambassador for Reezen Scene co. and the person responsible for starting Reezen Florida. Over the years we have collaborated and worked on various projects to build the brand and we finally created a sunglass that made sense for the outdoor enthusiast, fisherman and waterman. We created a clear Torquise frame (reflective of the ocean) with blue Revocated Polarized lenses and a TPX frame that actually floats. We believe it meets all the needs of an outdoors ethusiast/fisherman/waterman, Hense the official signature sunglass of the Fishin Caveman “KAVES”.
